We are looking for a high-octane, aggressive VP of Sales who thrives entirely on the hunt. This is not a role for a traditional trade show order-taker or someone used to waiting for inbound booth inquiries. You are a “hungry assassin”, a lead striker who doesn’t wait for leads to materialize but actively hunts, maps out ecosystems, and closes massive six figure deals. You aren’t building from a blank slate, you’re taking our foundation, injecting it with modern tech, and scaling it to an elite level.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Enterprise Hunting & Closing: Directly lead the aggressive pursuit and closing of 5 to 6-figure partnership and enterprise deals with highly qualified B2B targets.
  • Data-Driven Value Creation: Move entirely beyond the legacy “booth” pitch. Leverage data analytics and lead-generation insights to design custom, high-value B2B experiences that guarantee massive ROI for partners (e.g., data-backed curated matchmaking, digital network integrations, or stage takeovers).
  • Account Transformation: Scale one-off enterprise clients into multi-year partners, aggressively increasing their lifetime value and commitment to PEAK.
  • Tech-Enabled Pipeline Management: Build, refine, and champion our commercial infrastructure. Ensure CRM data, modern sales tech stacks, and automated pipelines are fully leveraged for maximum team efficiency and hyper-accurate forecasting.
  • Strategic Market Penetration: Use advanced intelligence gathering to identify untapped B2B verticals, key decision-makers, and market trends within the tech and media ecosystems.

  • The Hungry Hunter: You view “100% outbound” as a sport. You are an aggressive, smart Closer who knows how to break through the noise, map enterprise organizations, and unlock budgets that stay closed to everyone else.
  • The Modern B2B Native: You do not come from a legacy trade show background. Your DNA is rooted in high-growth B2B information, intelligence, or media businesses where data, content, and sophisticated lead generation drive the sale.
  • A Technical Catalyst: You don’t just tolerate sales tech, you weaponize it. You deeply understand data analytics, modern digital lead-gen ecosystems, and how to use advanced tools and AI to scale your personal output.
  • Strategic Architect: You understand that selling a $100k+ to $1M+ partnership requires an analytical mind. You speak the language of enterprise ROI, data attribution, and corporate growth objectives.

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: 5+ years of elite performance in B2B sales, specifically within B2B information services, business media, digital intelligence, or high-growth enterprise Tech.
  • Tech & AI Fluency: Advanced proficiency with modern sales stacks. You have a preferred, sophisticated toolkit for data enrichment, automated multi-channel outbound, and you actively use AI/Large Language Models to supercharge your research, angle generation, and account mapping.
  • Track Record: Documented history of personally hunting, closing, and exceeding 7-figure quotas through complex enterprise sales.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of digital lead generation, data analytics, and how modern B2B businesses track ROI.
  • Time Zone: Must be able to operate effectively across PST to EST hours to cover our core global markets.
